AUTOMOTIVE LOGISTICS SUMMIT is the first B2B event focused on developing new synergies and strategies in the logistics and supply chain for the automotive industry. The third edition of AUTOMOTIVE LOGISTICS SUMMIT will also include two workshops supported by renowned experts.

The HR challenge is the second topic that will be discussed in a workshop at the AUTOMOTIVE LOGISTICS SUMMIT and will gather at the table HR Managers and HR Specialists from manufacturers, recruitment consultants and technical universities representatives to explore the challenges and the needs of companies when it comes to universities graduates and how working together can help reduce the gap between what the market needs and what the educational system provides. Also, we will discuss what are the most important recruitment criteria in a market with limited candidates, and in what measure can the professional performances of new employees can be developed?
